The main dish is chirashi sushi made with plenty of local seafood, accompanied by seasonal side dishes and dashi rolled eggs.     A Japanese course where you can enjoy seasonal tempura and sashimi of local seafood, starting with seasonal small bowls and assorted platters. We carefully prepare local bounties such as Nagasaki braised Nishikai pork, flavorful pot-cooked sea bream rice, and seafood miso soup. This is a Kaiseki meal where you can enjoy the flavors of the season, with seasonal sweets served after the meal.

    Olive Bay's winter cuisine lets you enjoy seasonal bounty with all five senses. The menu begins with appetizers of salmon and oysters, followed by luxurious flavors such as truffle-scented consommé soup, thinly sliced ​​Oshima tiger puffer fish, rich spiny lobster, and domestic beef fillet grilled right in front of your eyes.

  • OSHIMA TOMATO DINNER

    A special course featuring Oshima tomatoes, seafood from the West Sea, and Nagasaki Wagyu beef. We express its charm with a variety of dishes such as tomato mousse, roast, and granita.
