Customers who have made accommodation reservations by around 11:00 on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 can confirm, change, or cancel their reservations using the link below. *Changes and cancellations can also be made from the reservation confirmation email from the old system (Reservation Pro Plus). *Although member data has been migrated, you will need to "re-set your password" from My Page.
