In accordance with the Food Labeling Act, the ingredients used at Olive Bay Hotel are checked for eight specified raw materials (eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, crab, and walnuts) based on information provided by the producers and manufacturers. In this way, we strive to provide our customers with accurate and reliable information.

Since there is no obligation to display allergens other than the eight specified raw materials, there are limits to the information we can collect from suppliers. Therefore, Olive Bay Hotel mainly provides information on eight specified raw materials. Please note that it may be difficult to provide information about other allergens.

•The Olive Bay Hotel kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, including allergens, in the same equipment during daily cooking operations.
