Front Desk Reception

We welcome each and every guest at the front desk reception with our “best service and hospitality”. The wall facing the Front Desk Reception features a porcelain panel relief entitled "Zuiko" (festive lights) created by Minami Tada, to welcome guests with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Lobby

The lobby is light and spacious. Local shochu liquor, olive products, Oshima tomato juices on the shelves of the lobby are on sale as souvenirs.

Pool

The pool is surrounded by brilliant lighting and is green during the day, with a clear blue sky that heals the body. Seasonal plants are situated around the pool and in the evening a single drawn rose, at the bottom of the pool, magically floats in the light.The pool is available for swimming during summer.

Fitness gym

The fitness gym features the latest equipment. There is also a shower for the convenience of our guests. We invite our guests to refresh their minds and bodies in the panoramic views of nature, visible through the window.

Bar "Yamabuki"(Japanese rose)

The interior of the bar is designed by Horiki Eriko, with her works of "Sun Rising From the Waves" and "Moon Floating Amongst the Waves", which are works of art expressed in Japanese paper. An assortment of whiskeys, various cocktails, beers, shochu liquor and other alcoholic beverages are served.

Sightseeing

Oshima is located approximately 4km west across the sea from the Nishisonogi Peninsula of Nagasaki Prefecture,
with a population of about 6,000 residents.
The island prospered as a "town of coal mines" until about 50 years ago
and now it is known as the “town of shipbuilding”, in a location with abundant nature.

"The cruise boat ""Olive"" operates from the Olive Bay Hotel Pier.Tour packages are available for trips aboard Olive. One package is for a tour of Oshima Island and the other is for a tour of Kujukushima Island.The cruise boat can be used to visit a private beach as well. We invite our guests to enjoy the beautiful nature and spend some tranquil times with us.
* The use of the private beach is exclusive for hotel guests and only during the summer season.
